Rental start at $85 a night for the first 2 persons and $10 for each additional person, up to 6 folks, total.
This includes adults and kids. We require a check for $100 to hold your reservation and this also serves as
the damage deposit. We return the check to you within 5 days, if there is no damage. Winter rates
are in effect from October 1st to February 28th. Winter rates are $65 for the first two folks and $10 for
each additional person up to 6 total.
We understand that unforeseen emergencies can occur that may cause you to cancel your reservations. We will work with
you in these situations.
We do not give refunds for rainy days or poor fishing, we also don’t charge more for sunny days or good fishing.
Check in time is anytime between 6 am to 10 pm on the first day of rental. If you are going to arrive late, please call us
and let us know when you will arrive.
Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. You are responsible for everything else. We provide a coffee maker, coffee, sweetener, milk, a microwave,
refrigerator, and a BBQ pit. There are many good local restaurants, where you can get a full meal. Most
places are within 20 minutes of the lodge. We have menus and phone numbers.
THIS IS IMPORTANT:
You will be responsible for all damages to your rental lodge, contents, and property. All costs
associated with repairs, excessive clean-up or replacement of contents will be deducted from the damage deposit
check. In the event the damage deposit check does not cover the cost or repair or replacement, you will be required
to pay the difference with 10 days of receipt of notice of additional costs.
